Shipment costs 

Shipment costs are €10 including VAT for all purchases equal to or lower than €120 including VAT, except for islands and abroad.
Shipment to Europe costs €15 for all orders, including VAT.

 

Delivery times

For Italy: Package shipment is carried out by the express courier SDA or BRT Corriere Espresso (1 to 3 days), to the destination you entered upon placing your order.

My order hasn’t arrived

Enter MY ACCOUNT and go to the MY ORDERS section to check whether your order was sent. When we send your order, you’ll find all the details of SDA, the courier handling your shipment.

We’ll also send a confirmation email with an ID number so you can track your shipment at your own convenience. You can also manage your package delivery status directly on the SDA (https://www.sda.it) or BRT Corriere Espresso website (https://www.brt.it).

If the expected delivery date has already transpired and the courier does not know where your package is, please send us an email to info@lattebabyandchild.com. We will contact you as soon as possible.

 

My package hasn’t been delivered

If it has not been possible to deliver for any reason, the courier SDA or BRT Corriere Espresso is required to return the package to our warehouses. Under such circumstances we will issue a full refund of expenses incurred insofar as the redelivery of returned orders after a failed delivery attempt was not possible.

Your order may have been marked “undelivered” for a number of reasons.

Here follows a list of examples:

  • Incorrect address: if the address you provided in the order is incorrect or not recent, the package will be stored for five working days. The LATTE Baby and Child Customer Care Service will contact you as soon as possible to request a correct address and organise a new delivery.
    If we are unable to contact your or re-organise the delivery, the package will be automatically returned to our distribution centre.
    You will still receive notification of attempted delivery, complete with instructions on how to contact SDA or BRT Corriere Espresso, should you wish to contact the courier directly to organise a new delivery.

WARNING: Please check delivery address when placing your order.

  • Other address-related issues If the order has been sent to a sensitive address, such as a military address, it is possible that our couriers were not authorised to deliver. Please notify us if your address is of this kind.
  • Illegible shipment label: on rare occasions, the shipment label may become illegible during shipment.

The LATTE Baby and Child Customer Care service may organise a new delivery attempt on your behalf.

However, if you wish, you can also collect your package from your local SDA or BRT Courier Express branch within 5 working days, after which SDA or BRT Corriere Espresso will return all undelivered packages to LATTE Baby and Child, unless further delivery instructions are received.

 

I would like to cancel my order

Upon request, we will accept order cancellations, prior to product shipment only.

 

Returns Policy

In the event that all or part of the order fails to satisfy your requests, you have 14 days, starting from package reception, to inform us of your intention to return one or more products and the reason for which you wish to make any returns.

 

The refund will include:

  • The price paid for purchasing the article being returned.

If you are making a return due to an error we made (for example: item non-conformity or defect, etc.), prior verification by our Customer Service, we will refund shipment costs incurred for the return of items.

Under all other circumstances, you shall bear all costs and risks incurred for sending products to LATTE Baby and Child.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and wrapping, including: protective bag, packages, boxes and labels.

How to prepare a return order 

You can package and send your return by following these simple instructions:

  • insert your purchase receipt (copy or original) which you will find inside the package, together with return authorisation;
  • package the items and stick the return label (or delivery note) on the package used to deliver the item.
  • deliver your package to a courier of your choice or send us an email to info@lattebabyandchild.com, to request a collection booking, specifying suitable days, times and the collection address (valid only for returns due to item discrepancies and/or malfunctions).

Make sure you are refunded the correct amount by not including items from other orders in the same box.

Each return must have a specific returns label or delivery document.

We advise that you always conserve a copy of your delivery receipt for any returns.

 

How and when will I receive my refund? 

The refund will be carried out by re-crediting the amount on your credit/debit card used to purchase products or via PayPal, if you purchased items using this method of payment.

After you return the product, LATTE Baby and Child will carry out all necessary conformity checks on items, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified on the website, in the SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS section.

In case of positive outcome of checks, LATTE Baby and Child will send relative confirmation of returned product acceptance via email, followed by an email notifying you that the refund has been made.

If you have failed to comply with methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal, you will not have the right to a refund.
